Could not be happier with our completed kitchen. We redid our cabinets got all new quartz countertops and a new sink. I had a great experience with Joe and his flooring crew! They replaced my dingy carpet with porcelain tile in two bedrooms. The entire project took 3 days, which can be difficult to schedule around work, but the end result was worth it! The two-man flooring team made sure to lay down protective sheets throughout my house and clean up after themselves every day. I hired Mastercraft to do a complete kitchen, family room and dinning room remodel. The quote was very competitive they were prompt in getting it back to me with the price and very detailed in their scope of work. They made a firm commitment of 6 weeks to complete the project and the work was done 6 weeks to the day even with the added work I had them do that was beyond the original contract.Regarding the workmanship there were awesome! The quality of work was spot on. One of the things I loved was the level of communication they had with both my wife and myself. They always took our calls and were incredibly responsive in solving issues. Mastercraft Home Improvement ....what can I say but “excellent” in every aspect of customer service, knowledge, skills and professional caring employees. As a single woman with an old mobile home that needs a lot of attention, I was very skeptical about reaching out to find someone that would be honest, upfront and not take advantage of what the homeowner’s needs were and run with it. I stepped out on a limb to Mastercraft with my guard up and was very pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. The Sales Rep (Bob) was excellent and made me feel at ease with the company and took the time to answer my questions without being rushed. After several conversations, I finally felt I found a legit company who was actually there for the customer! When it came time to set things in motion, (Oscar) reached out and was so accommodating with scheduling, he worked around my availability, not the other way around! In today’s world, that’s amazing. The day of the foundation leveling, (Ryan), I can’t say enough about him! He is absolutely awesome!!! He is very skilled and extremely knowledgeable at what he does and took the time to show me pictures of the before and of the after. He explained everything from beginning to end of what he did. At the end of each day, he cleaned everything up as if he had not been there, no one does that anymore. He went above and beyond of what was expected. I knew at the end of this project, I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Cost wise, I looked at other companies and they couldn’t even come close to Mastercraft!! Mastercraft has it all! I am so happy to have found them! If your looking for a great contracting company who will treat you right, give quality workmanship, do what they say they will and make the customer their number one priority and all at a reasonable cost, look to them, there is no one better out there. We recommend Mastercraft Home Improvement! As an owner of a construction company myself, I understand there is no perfect project and issues come up. This is where they excelled. They have integrity and good communication along the way. We had them help with a complete remodel of a gutted investment condominium. We did enlist two other subcontractors and if we could do it all over, we would have had Mastercraft had it all. We had completed a previous condo remodel with very few outside subcontractors and took us a year to complete. We are contractors but not residential type, so we were weekend warriors. So the short of the long is invite them out for a quote, ask lots of questions, and don't be afraid to put them to the Test!

This review is long overdue - but, we had Mastercraft undergo a full kitchen, dining, and bathroom remodel about a year ago. New cabinets, countertops, backsplash, floor tile, all new fixtures, etc. We absolutely love our new downstairs! The products/suppliers that Mastercraft uses are great quality. The work crew are some of the nicest, most respectful, and talented individuals we have had the pleasure of working with. About a year after our remodel, we had a couple of items that needed to be fixed and Joe Martin (after all this time) ensured that our items were fixed and that the customer (aka me) was happy. MasterCraft are Mobile Home professionals. Not all contractors have the special skills and knowledge necessary to work on mobile homes. We have a very old mobile home and MasterCraft just breathed new life into the entire place. They fixed up the bathroom, the kitchen, all new paint (and it needed a LOT of prep), and repaired numerous surprises that popped up as can be expected with older mobile homes. No one can believe it's the same place when they see the before and after photos! Joe made sure all went according to plan and he was always available to answer questions.One would think it would be easy to renovate a small place, but ours was full of surprises and nooks and crannies that made it challenging. Additionally, we had another contractor working before we hired MasterCraft who didn't know what they were doing and actually caused damage. MasterCraft took the challenge on with expertise and professionalism. They not only fixed up our home, but had to correct and fix damage done by the previous people. What was old and drab, is now bright, airy, and modern looking. We are picky people and we couldn't be more pleased with the work MasterCraft did. They were detail oriented in their work and we HIGHLY recommend them.

Before the holidays we had the kitchen remodeled with granite countertops, new appliances and glass tile backsplash. We love it! After meeting with Joe to get an estimate, we knew he was the right contractor for the job. Joe and his team were professionals, and showed up as scheduled and got the job done on time. It would be impossible to encompass how happy we are with the team at Mastercraft with just a short review but here you go. Shortly before the Covid-19 lockdown we had a slab leak in our bathroom and living room. After the initial repairs we need to find a "reputable" company to repair drywall, install countertops and lay flooring down. Initially we met with Janelle who assisted us in selecting flooring, our vanity and countertop. She was attentive, courteous and basically catered to our every need. Joe was able to find us exactly what we wanted for our home and even gave us a quartz countertop among other materials at no cost to us.Once we had selected the designs for our home Oscar and his team came out and began prepping the floors, installing the cabinets and fixing the drywall. There was never a day that Oscar or any of his crew were late and they even stayed past 630 pm one night as we were on a time crunch to get back into our home. The job was done under budget, quicker than we had estimated and looks flawless. If you are looking to improve the value and appearance of your home the team at Mastercraft will give you the most value for your money. Mastercraft gets an A+ from these educators! We did a complete kitchen and bath remodel and could not be more pleased. There are so many construction horror stories out there so we were prepared for extra costs, unmotivated workers, broken timelines and and it NEVER happened. Joe was most professional, personable, detail-oriented, and knowledgable. He’s honest with the highest degree of integrity and hires subcontractors with the same values. Our project, which Joe designed, was exceptionally well priced and came in on budget. Each subcontractor arrived on time, introduced themselves to us and explained what they would be doing. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful through the entire process. Our Foreman, also named Joe was professional, patient with us through our decision making process, and incredibly creative….a perfect match! I contracted MasterCraft to do an extensive bathroom remodel. I was extremely pleased with the entire process from quoting to completion of the process. Great follow through and great work. I'm planning to use them again for a flooring project.

We recently had three bathrooms remodeled by Mastercraft. Every crew member did an outstanding job! The work is fantastic and the communication, courtesy and clean job site exceeded any expectation.Every contractor always showed up right when they said they would (not always the case in our experience!) and they were always happy to answer any questions or concerns we may have had.We would definitely hire Mastercraft in the future and would be happy to recommend them to family and friends!

I don't usually write reviews but this time it's warranted. We were new to the area and we found Mastercraft through word of mouth. They helped us knocking down a wall in our home and the whole project turned out seamlessly. Not only did I appreciate their transparency, direct communication, but primarily their integrity! If you are looking for a contractor that is thorough, kind, and that takes pride in their work, Mastercraft is amazing! I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

My experience with Mastercraft has been like nothing I've ever experienced. They are AWESOME!!!!! They treat you so well. Bend over backwards to make you happy. Javier is a great worker and so caring. I was having a bad day and he called that night and the first thing he asked was I doing better. My mobile home is in shambles after Empire came out and ripped out flooring to find out they couldn't do the job. So Joe spent his night calling other customers and explained what happened and could they have their jobs pushed back so they could get my house done. All the guys from Mastercraft have been great. They treat you like family. Thank you Mastercraft.
